Executive Assistant

Maria Meador is an Executive Assistant at Good Energy Collective, where she ensures seamless operations through administrative support, calendar and email management, and workflow optimization. She also oversees travel logistics and assists with operational functions, including HR support, inquiries, and request filtering. With a strategic and detail-oriented approach, she enhances administrative efficiency, financial management, and process improvement.

Before joining Good Energy Collective in October 2024, Maria served as a Visual Interpreter at Aira Tech Corp, assisting blind and low-vision individuals with navigation, document handling, and online transactions. Previously, she worked as an Accounting Assistant at Turbeville Insurance Agency, streamlining billing processes and managing commercial property operations, and as an Office Manager at Physicians Rehabilitation Group, where she improved payroll accuracy, supported HR functions, and helped launch over 40 clinics.

Maria holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Business, Entrepreneurship, and Life Coaching from Liberty University, graduating magna cum laude. She has over a decade of experience optimizing operations, managing stakeholder relations, and enhancing organizational efficiency.

Outside of work, Maria enjoys spending time with her teenagers and spouse, traveling internationally, drinking coffee, and fostering meaningful connections in both professional and personal settings.
