Marissa Morrison is the External Affairs Manager at Good Energy Collective, where she leads efforts to build relationships with key external stakeholders, including government officials, media, and industry partners. She develops strategies to advocate for the organization’s position on relevant issues and ensures positive public perception through media engagement and public policy initiatives.

Before joining Good Energy Collective in January 2025, Marissa worked as Press Secretary for U.S. Senator Mike Crapo, managing communication strategies and public outreach to engage constituents and national audiences. Prior to that, she was Press Secretary for Idaho Governor Brad Little, overseeing statewide communications to support the Governor’s policy objectives.

Marissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcasting & Electronic Media Studies from Gonzaga University, where she graduated magna cum laude. She brings more than ten years of experience in strategic communications, crisis management, and building strong media relationships.

In her free time, Marissa enjoys riding horses, golfing, skiing, and spending time with her dog, Breezy
