Chair Hanson has been spearheading the NRC’s portion of what the White House rightly said last week is the busiest policy period in support of civil nuclear energy in half a century. He has demonstrated that he is up to the task of enabling construction of new nuclear technologies that support communities with high-paid jobs and carbon-free electricity. We look forward to working with him for another five years.”
