"Congresswoman Luria’s Fueling Our Nuclear Future Act would give the Energy Department the authorities it needs to help ensure that the first few U.S. advanced reactors have the enriched uranium they need to generate low-carbon electricity. Luria for her continued leadership in championing smart nuclear innovation policy and for ensuring that her bill preserves existing protections in the law for water quality and Tribal nations' natural and cultural resources as the Office of Nuclear Energy stands up its program to make this fuel available.”
